Knee stealing exercise

Why is it that when I am mentall ready to get moving, my knee is so jacked up? Ugh I wish the Dr. would flipping call me back. I am going to stalk them tomorrow.
Almost everthing hurts it, so I am stuck!

    I am so sorry that you are in pain. everything goes wrong for our days when something hurts that badly . can you think of a way to take your mind off the hurt ? I know saying relax is not going to take away the pain , we are all thinking of you . sending you good wishes ..

    Keep mentally strong and that will help you through this time. You can always do exercises that can be done sitting down, something that doesn't put pressure on your legs.
