Temporary fall off the band wagon

Sunday, August 14, 2011

Grrr. Friday I couldn't go to the gym due to my plans being changed. I had a party in the evening and then up in the morning for a bbq at my Grandmas. Therefore exercise and food went out the window. But maybe it is massively unrealistic to be on the ball every day :/

After work today I went to the gym and did a good workout, with my weights in between thanks to my new program :)

I am weighing in tomorrow but I don't think I will see much movement on the scale really :/ At least I am getting healthier by doing lots of exercise!

I suppose I feel a little despondent because I can't go the gym on Monday, Tuesday or Friday next week and then I'm on holiday. I will have to come up with a plan! I have moved on to Stage 2 of the diet but I think I will hold off until I get back from holiday to move on and keep myself in Fast Break.

I should download SP onto my blackberry really!

Anyway, time to draw a line and move on

Great attitude and that is what makes a person SUCCEED. We ALL get off the band wagon...but who gets back on and gets back on soon, determines which person will reach their goal.

Be sure to set yourself small goals to reach and celebrate with along the way. Celebration is not with food! lol
