Riding for so long to MO and staying just until the memorial at graveside was done was a long day. I couldn't decide if my back, butt or knees hurt worse. But even having to grab fast food (my husband loves mc'ds - i hate the place except the fries) I stayed within my range. I got in some walking to the graveside and then walked back to my (son's) place across the farm to our land.. a nice little hike- but a storm was blowing in and there was a breeze.
I only ate a few fries (less than a small) and half a sandwich(no sauce or mayo) but I was amazed the killer calories listed on Spark page for a MCdee's large tea. I'm trying to give up diet soda - and yet wasn't ready for unsweetened tea.
Diet coke is slowly becoming only a reward instead of a daily thing and the soda my husband wants is at the barn frig so I'm not as tempted..
We had to drive to Jackson today and I'll be honest I was so warn out I couldn't fight the flexril for back pain spasms and ended up taking a 3 hour nap this afternoon.
My back is still bothering me a little so I'm only doing arm exercises and some sitting exercises.. I may have to tackle the eliptical extra time tomorrow.
