    lroseen ~ I am hoping Australia is an incentive! We went to Fiji a couple of years ago and when I came back the pics were just....not what I thought I looked like in my head, if you know what I mean. I don't want that again!

    Candid04 ~ No support group...not even sure how to get one together, that is why I tured to this website. It seems that people are very supportive of one another and I really need that right now to make my goals! What exercise did you start with? I like the other person's comment about the 10 minute ones, I did try one of those. =D

    Good start! You can do this, and Australia when your husband comes home is a nice incentive. Try starting with little bits of exercise--maybe some of the 10 minute routines from Coach Nicole's free videos on the SparkPeople site. Have a little fun with finding new and healthier food choices that you enjoy! All the best!! emoticon

    It sounds like you are on the right track. Keep it up. I too started my focus on diet, then bring in exercise. I am slowly introducing exercise. Do you have a support group?

    Like your brownie fix, I was addicted to caramel popcorn.
