Woohoo it's Friday (and I don't have to work today woop)!
Boot-camp was cancelled last night
went to the gym anyway, had my program changed (as mentioned in previous blogs) and only did a half hearted workout. Still managed to burn 288 calories, which is 288 more than if I hadn't have gone I suppose!
Also still managing to maintain my nutrition limits which I'm happy about! Had a chocolate peanut bar thing yesterday for some good fat (and a little bad fat
) , but I cooked a healthy yummy dinner of cous cous, veg and chicken so it was okay.
So, I'm thinking I'm ready to move on from the Fast Break stage now, I haven't managed to streak on 8 sleep hours per night but I have been making an effort to get more sleep and relax before bedtime! My other goals are fine and I have got the basics. Also going to move onto week 2 on the sleep challenge too! Onwards and upwards!
Today I am going to be tidying up and getting my room in a better condition
and getting my orders sorted. Shower and gym later on.
