6.50 am, with difficulty

Go on spark people and log all my food, take make up off and get into bed, watch sucker punch with matthew

cous cous, chicken, various veg - 8.30pm

6 - 7pm various cardio and strength

Work, day off tomorrow but I have a party to get to and deliveries to do

6.30am because my alarm went off (forgot to turn it off) and then straight back to sleep, up at 7.30 for a wee then straight back to sleep until about 8.15 am
