Clear out the old drama the thing that got you overweight in the first place. Let yourself off the hook for your past missteps. Be kind to your body. Your mind can be hot, cold and indifferent in the same minute. You body needs slow consistent effort to heal. Time flies those positive steps and the little things will add up. Love yourself and be a friend to others. This is all a part of my happiness project. Sunny side up.
