Wowza...I just did the fitness test on the weight tracker spot of this website. I AM IN TROUBLE!! I'm gonna let that be my wake up call. My measurements are higher than ever (other than weight), my strength and endurance are in the toilet... I have got to stop being so lazy! I have got to stop with the excuses!!

To help me be successful (or at least partly), I planned out dinner for every night this week. That was a good start. A very good start. It keeps me from punking out and buying dinner, which isn't going to be good for me.

Now I just have to stop cleaning my children's my food, and be done!!

I think I can, I think I can, I think I can!!

I know I can!
