After this week Weight In we are 20 Weeks away from 2012.
Goals for 2011
1 pound a week from now until then -20 more from today @216 (Onederland)
one or two races in 5K, 10K or 1/2 Marathon
Weight lifting 2x per week (down fall of mine)
Teach my kids how to pack a balanced meal
