New start - 1st week down

Well, I officially started the new me last week August 1st. It's baby steps for me and keeping consistent, so that hopefully I actually see changes for the long term. Wish me luck!

Weight: 106.2kg =234.1pds
Chest: 107cm
arm: 39cm
waist: 114cm
hips: 130cm
thigh: 78cm
body fat %: 45.2%
BMI: 35

Here is my plan:
* Exercise every day - ST 4x/wk, cardio 4x
* Eat nutritiously - keeping within my calorie count
* Get at least 6 1/2 hours good sleep

1st week:
1 Bike for 35mins, rode 14.6kms at 80+ rpms, CX30 class (ab annihilation class)30mins
2 Treadmill for 22mins - jogged 18mins varying speed from 6.0 to 7.0km/hr, Pump (full body ST class) 60mins, Body Attack (hi intensity aerobic class with lots of jumping and running) 15mins
3 Pump 60, Sh'Bam ("fame" like dance class) 60, zumba 30
4 Bodycombat (hi intensity martial art class) 30, CX30 30
5 Treadmill 21mins - jogged 16mins (tired from late nights)
6 Bike 23km undulating 2 hours
7 Bike 33mins windtrainer

In summary exercised 545mins: ST 120mins, Abs 60, Cardio (incl classes) 366
