So those of you that have known me a while, during our journey, probably know I am susceptible to tummy problems! When I focus on eating better foods, more protein and less grease, I end up getting very bloated and yeah....you get my drift. The past two evenings that I've tried my workout it has been miserable! I went to the Dr. today and she told me the usual, so I will up the fiber and try probiotics while drinking lots of water (even though I always do). Even though it isn't right on schedule, I want to re-do the past two workouts so I get the best effect. I am going to get things moving and restart on Thursday. I only have 8 workouts before my recover week, so I plan on starting back Thursday and doing 8 days straight (I am sure I can do it). I will be back on track in no time...this is just a little bump but I want to wait until I can give it 100%...oh yeah and, sure, I could have said lets see how the tummy does and start back when it feels better (but if I start the rotation on Thursday it will make my month two day off on the day I want it...so I am resting for 2 days and then everything will be set to finish strong!
On a positive note my resting heart rate was way better then ever!! It was 60...the nurse said "wow do you workout?" and I said "I sure do", her reply was "I can always tell"...so even if the weight isn't coming off yet (maybe b/c things aren't moving
) I am becoming way more fit b/c of the program! That is what matters in the end!!
And btw if you have any tips or tricks to help the belly bloat or to get things moving, PLEASE fill me in!!
