August...where does the time go?

1 week into August already! I guess I should work on some goals for the month.
This week is a great week to regain focus for me - I have a very ordinary week with no solid weekend plans. Haven't had that in a while :-) Now, what to focus on?
Workouts: My second half is a month away, so I need to stick to my long runs - 8, 9, 10 and 11. This week I'm reuniting with my trainer who switched gyms a month ago, so I'm really excited to get back to that routine twice a week! On the other days I'll alternate classes at the gym with short runs.
Food: I really just need to keep on track during the weekends. Being up on the scale every Monday morning is really getting old.
Misc: Should definitely try to get some of my home improvement things out of the way; I need to get back into making a new recipe each week; more days at the beach (but no repeats of my steller sun-screening abilities from yesterday...I look ridiculous today - like I was blindfolded when applying)!
- Keep up with my DIY assignments and have more successful weigh-ins for the shooting stars!!
