Sooooo Yesterday was a BAD food day. But that's okay. I'm determined not to let it derail me. Actually, this past weekend was a bad food weekend. But again, take it one day at a time, make each day count. Right?
So, today, I have had a better breakfast, and have already drank two glasses of water. I am determined to NOT have to buy new clothes for school, cause I really can't afford to buy new clothes. And I do NOT want to have to buy a size bigger...yet again! When am I going to take my health serious? cause I do not want to be a fat lady...I'm close to that now. Being 5' tall has some definate disadvantages...
I slept well last night.
I ate a good breakfast.
I am going to drink my 8 oz of water today.
