well i worked out about an hour today. yeah for me. did 10 minutes of situps,crunches. at the end of my workout at curves. i'm going to start doing that. i need to do something about my baby fat that i have had for 8 years. so i did 200 situps. i might do some more at home if i get a chance. anyway that is all for now.
