Week 4: Another Week and Another Pound Gone!

Food tracking, portion control, and making healthier choices are starting to become easier for me. Although yesterday I did go a little overboard (I was extremely hungry and the spaghetti I made for dinner was tasting way to yummy).
All in all it was a successful week. After my weekly Monday morning weigh-in I have lost another pound forever. I was hoping for 2 pounds gone, but any type of loss = success in my book.
This week I plan on pushing extra hard in my workouts and keeping my food in check.
