I have put this off long enough!

I guess the title says it all, I have put this off long enough. Time for a new blog. First I want to discuss the goals i chose for August. They are as follows.
1 ~ Blog twice a week.
2 ~ Lose 5 lbs.
3 ~ Drink 8 glasses of water a day
4 ~ Accomplish 1 task everyday
5 ~ Exercise to burn 200 calories each day.
Now I know that some of my goals seems to be a little well let's just say "well used" but yesterday just proves how important a goal this is for me. I got up at 9 AM went to bed at 11:30 PM and never had a single sip of water all day. I had a glass of milk and 2 cups of unsweetened iced tea and that was it. Not good at all.
I recently found that I have regained 3 lbs of the 11 I had lost so I really need to grasp for a set number to lose for the month. Burning 200 calories a day will help me reach that 5 lbs quickly.
I plan to blog on day on a personal note and one day on a health topic. increasing my knowledge as well as helping people who don't have enough time for research on their own.
