Take Two.

So this morning I wrote a Blog about my week off from Sparkpeople. It was kinda long when I click the "Post Blog Entry" link it says No HTML please. I click the Go Back link that Spark people Supplies and my ENTIRE entry is gone. All because I am a fan of the little less than three hearts.

Colored with my kiddies and went to the gym and here is Take Two:

I just finished a week off from Sparkpeople. Well I missed it! I came on to track my fitness for the new month because I really want my little Spark Trophy at the end! I love to share it on my facebook wall.

On Tuesday of this week I went to the gym after dinner, it looked like it was going to rain but I really wanted to run outside. I went to the gym anyway. It was so crowded and I forgot my water bottle so I was going to run on the bike path nearby. I got my key off my key chain and put it in my pocket locked and closed the door. Then realized I had the wrong key!! Thankfully the passenger side window was open...
Between Stress, and PMS I got back into my car and got some peanut butter cup Ice cream. I ate the entire thing in 24hours...By Wednesday night it was gone. My husband called me "Silly" for skipping the gym and getting ice cream. The next day he told me I could be extra stressed because I lost my workout routine a little.

By having to run at the gym I was running a lot less. I dislike the treadmill. Wednesday I got to run outside!! It was great. I didn't plan my distance or time myself. I actually enjoyed it instead of feel like I had to make x miles in x minutes. I really missed road running and this winter is going to suck!

In other news, my diet this week was great, aside from the ice cream. I ate when hungry and didn't stress about what I couldn't eat or how many calories I had left. I discovered Chocolate Whip Cream, which is GREAT just on Banana's and totally beat my Chocolate Cravings! I also now have a pitcher of water, I fill it every morning and drink that (with Ice) and I make sure I am drinking enough water.

Since Wednesday, I have been feeling so much better. Without the worry of burning enough calories I actually enjoy the gym much more! But I will still Track. I want that Trophy!! haha
