Completed the 4 week challenge!( and didn't even know it)

I thought I completed the end of the third week, but when I went to check it off, I realized I was at the end of the 4th week! I completed the challenge:)
Since you only see one week at a time on your "other goals" page, I had lost track of which week I was on. When I went to the team page to check off the week, the 3rd week was already checked off!
Today I only did one 10 minute cardio workout video and 10 strength training exercises, instead of going for a walk. It is still hot outside and my crazy work hours are getting to me! I have been trying to do leg lifts and other movements while lying in bed, reading my book so I won't be completely sedentary today-so those should help a little. Even while at the computer I shake my leg, usually that's a nervous habit, but now I'm doing it on purpose just to keep moving. haha
