The brownie. . . um I tried your recipe and the whole thing ended up in the trash! blah! You eat that?? REALLY?? Umm I think the key here is that I must hate stevia. I have no other answer. It was beyond gross.

I was hoping you got to golf today. Hubby and I had an afternoon game today, my game is improving and I even got par on hole nine and Hubby was two over!!! First time I managed to out play him even though it was on just one hole, but hey I will take it he has been playing for 40 years and I just started. I got a super long put in on that hole at least a 25 foot put Hubby couldn't believe his eyes!! Of course he had a lower score than me but I lowered my score by 20 this round.
I had your brownie tonight after my salad dinner and I added walnuts to the mixture, I love the combination of nuts in chocolate. I use the Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa. YUMMY!!
Best wishes on your venture I hope everything works in your favor. Glad to see your weight is getting stable. Have fun tonight. Sandy

emoticon Like Tiger Woods says "Golf is all a mental game." I know that keeping the pounds off is a "mental game" as well. Not listening to that negative voice in your head that Roger Gould, M.D. calls "Harriet" is what matters. In his book "Shrink Yourself" he says to tell her to "shut up." emoticon

    Hey Jen,

Oh I totally forgot to mention that I canceled my golf lesson for today to go work on my RFP and do this other meeting instead. I will continue golf next week after I turn in the RFP on Monday. Thanks for the best wishes on my deal.
