To Track or Not to Track...

Friday, August 05, 2011

...is that REALLY the question??? It shouldn't be but I find myself not wanting to track my nutrition on days that I know I've messed up bad. But I've made an effort to track no matter what. At first, I was thinking that I didn't want to put myself thru the torture of knowing how bad I'm messing up. But then I realized that it makes a difference because it makes me be more alert about what I'm eating, and if I do splurge I have in my head that I won't go too far.

HAVE A SUPER WEEKEND! Until next time...

Been there, and as sad as this says, sometimes I don't even remember it all. So, now I got a little book, If I bite it, I will write it!!

This is the same question that I ask myself but for different reasons. Tracking for me is so time consuming although I do see a greater loss on the scale when I do. Seeing your posts reminds me that I need to get to tracking emoticon
