This morning has started out great, and I plan on keeping that way! Getting ready to go for my walk and then do some strength training for tomorrows weigh-in, I am sure I must be in the 150's! I was 160.0 last Saturday and I have been doing my walking and strength training every day. Switching up between lower body and upper body everyday. So, I guess I will find out tomorrow:)
This Cloverleaf challenge has really kept me focused and motivated. Just knowing I that I will be logging my exercise minutes for the team everyday has gotten me up and out the door even when I didn't really want to! Plus, this is the last week of the 4 week challenge, and so far I have done it everyday and have been able to check off each day of the challenge. It feels good seeing all those check marks in a row! For 3 full weeks! I just love SP!! It has really made a difference in my life, the exercise, eating right, and most of all, the support and encouragement from other Sparkies!

    The 5% challenge is keeping me moving this round as well. Even on my rest days I do some "light" cardio such as a walk so that I have some minutes to report.
