Missed Goals

Today, I feel like I just am not making my goals. It all started last night when I felt hungry and ate a Taco Salad at Taco Bell thus going over on my daily goal for Calories. That has really gotten me down. Already today, it doesn't look like I'm headed in the right direction. Hopefully I can do something about this before tonight...

    Take a deep breath..... Just remember baby steps. It took me about a month before I finally stayed within my calorie range. I still blow it sometimes (like today), but I look at the overall trends...I'm eating healthier than when I started, I'm exercising more than when I started, and the scale and measurements are progressing downwards. It takes at least a month or three before a new behavior becomes a habit. Progress not perfection. Just take it one day at a time... we're all here for you!
