Well, I'm back to after a few months away! I took a "break" to do WW. Somehow I thought that if I spent $$, my goals would be easier to reach. HA! Back to old fashioned eating smarter and moving more. I ask you to wish me luck, but we all know its about HARD WORK, not luck! =)
15 min walk EVERY DAY
Strength training - 2x per week (Tues, Thurs)
Start C25K program next week on Mon, Wed, Fri
reconnect with my Sunday walking club
eat more fruits/veggies
get in ALL my daily water
more whole grains
CUT OUT THE JUNK FOOD SNACKING!
Here we go... Good to have a plan!
