healthy egg scramble!

I made this today and thought I would share :)

approx. 113 calories

1 Large Egg (70 calories)
1 Medium Mushroom, chopped (4 calories)
1 Tbsp Onion, Chopped (4 calories)
1 Strip Oscar Mayer Turkey Bacon (35 calories)
Pepper to taste

1. Chop turkey bacon into pieces and cook.
2. Meanwhile, mix together egg, mushrooms, pepper and onions. I prefer to sautee my onions first, so I did that with the turkey bacon.
3. Add turkey bacon to mix, mix all of it well, then pour into pan.
4. Scramble and enjoy :)

note: you could choose to omit the yolk and simply do egg whites, but in my opinion its not as filling and then you really aren’t getting enough calories to sustain yourself.
