Well it's been 2 weeks and I've kept off the pounds I lost emoticon
So I get to add it to my ticker!! My highest weight ever was 264, when I reset my spark settings I was at 255. So this journey round I've started at 255 and aiming for 150. Even at 150 I'll still be a bit heavy....for my height a healthy goal weight is 130, but I'll worry about that when the time comes.

    Good luck reaching your goal. My healthy BMI (for 5'4") is 145. I'm stuck at 148, which is okay, but wouldn't it be nice to actually officially be NORMAL? So I keep trying.
