I have had a rough couple of days...very stressful at work, family up to visit this weekend and little time to exercise and the heat is impacting my motivation.

Tonite it was cooler and we took a brief walk with the dog.

Tonite however I did work on the elliptical machine and did some stretching. Felt good!

I have to say I am very pleased with my focus on nutrition and sticking to the plan - even with a lot of meetings and socializing. I have become very conscientious about what I am eating and drinking the water.

My habits are changing for the better.

    You popped in my head yesterday - wondering how you were doing. (I must have missed your July 24th blog). Then you write a blog - good timing.

    Sounds like things are going well overall. I see by your weight tracker you're losing weight but I like how your blog talks about your habits are changing for the better!
