Oh boy, I really did it now! I added a picture of me from a couple of days ago! Oh my, I have a great imagination! I imagined I looked nothing like that! It's a good thing, I guess. That means that the "skinny", fit me is still alive and kicking inside the "real" picture perfect me!LOL! Okay, time to get and stay real. At least I am not crying. emoticon

You wanna know the best thing about a Before picture? It's seeing it next to an After picture, when you've successfully navigated your journey. If I have a suggestion, it's to keep taking them. Because when you've worked your buns off, and stayed within your calories, and slept, & drunk so much water you feel like you're going to float away, and Mr. Scale insists that your weight hasn't changed, you'll have proof he's lying. ;-)

a work of art in progress is still a work of art. just because you aren't finished yet, don't give up. none of is ever done, we wouldn't be human if we were. just remember, one foot in front of the other, one day at a time and you will succeed at what ever goal you have set for your self and complete every journey. you have such an amazingly positive attitude that i have no doubt that your success is guaranteed anyway. emoticon emoticon emoticon
