My 13th Day.....

Wednesday, August 03, 2011

I was going to do this tomorrow to mark my 2 weeks of my new lifestyle change but tomorrow after my 30 minutes cardio, I am going to be rewarding my kids for being so patient with me while I exercise by taking the to go see the new smurf, I can gladly report that I am now feeling more self control than ever.I am so proud of myself... emoticonI have Learned how not to diet.Just manage what I put in my body and how it makes me feel.I am human, and we do make mistakes so i will also say that I have had some set backs during these 13 days but trying my best to stay on top of it.I have exercised everyday!!!My exercising mainly consist of walking/jogging but make me feel good afterward. As far as my set backs, it had to do with my daughters birthday , and her cake, it could have been worse, i ate 2 small piece about a five day gap from each other. After my setbacks, I decided to give myself a time out and think about why i ate it, how it made me feel ,how many calories and last, was it worth it ??I am in 13 days going strong, dont know how much longer this will continue, I would like to report this time next summer that i am sticking to it, but who knows..NOt sure about the goal sp has set for me, i haven't been that small since my teens, but then again anything is possible.Thank you for all the support from the new friends i have made on here, you all help keep me motivated and stay on track.I am planning on a weigh in on august 25th not sure if i will do one before then but i sure will post my progress, not even sure if i lost any wieght, i don know that some pant of mine are fitting better.I tried them on back in july and they were skin tight, look like they were painted on , now they are fitting better almost to the point that i can wear them..maybe another couple of weeks???thanks again for all your support.hang in we can all do it together, anytime message me i always return messages and comments...

Good job!! I love how you have gotten your family on board and explained to them what you are doing. And then to reward them with a movie! You will have them pushing you on before you know it. emoticon I'm very proud of you! Keep it up!!
