OK...So I just had a thought on how to get myself motivated to get on the treadmill/eliptical at home for 15 min-1hr a day.

Is anyone interested in doing a phone workout? We can use a headset on our phone and chat together! If you are interested let me know and SparkMail me your phone number.

I am or can be available at 4:30/5am EST M-F. 5-7am EST S/S. Most evenings about 10/10:30pm EST. Some evenings I can be available a little earlier.

I can also do XBOX/Kinnect on XBOX Live if anyone is interested. I believe we can set up a party for Zumba etc. I just have to figure out how to do it.

I also have discussion groups for anyone else who is interested, but needs to do it at another time in my teams. (see below)

OK! Now I am getting PSYCHED! Let's make this happen!

We will look great!!!
We will have self esteem!!
We are men and women!!!
And together we are strong!!!
We are the BIGGEST WINNERS!!!!

Have a great day!!!
In GOD we trust!!!

Hey, honey BELATED HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Mine was the first. We're a couple Leos.

I'd join you by phone, but with my new Toasmasters duties, I can't say when I'd be available.

Weekends at some time would usually be better.

I can Spark mail you my cell #.

Love your new photo, BTW. emoticon

I had no idea about Xbox Live for Zumba? My husband uses Xbox live all the time for other games. If you figure out how to do it for Zumba let us know. I would be interested in doing it with the group!

Love your idea of the phone treadmill workouts! I however can hardly talk while I'm working out! Good luck with your idea! At least it won't be boring for you!
