Goals for the week

My goals this week is to exercise everyday. I like to swim 3 days a week. I need to continue
to cut back on the bad carbs and salt. I am making progress. At my last Dr. appt. My blood work was good. With my meds my Thyroid is finally where it needs to be, same with my
vitamin D level. Also my blood pressure meds. have been lowered.
So my friends my point is even though my weight is moving very slow and sometimes not at all progress is still being made. Even though we always don't see results rest assured results are being made.
So my friends don't give up !! Just strive to be healthy and Happy!!!!!!!!!
