I thought i posted a blog yesterday but it did not blog. So i will try again.
I have always been an active and patite person. In August of 09 I broke my ankle. Test showed it healed fine but it was still painfull and stayed swolen. It eventually swell all the way up to the knee. So I was told I have perminant nerve damage and to stop Running or doing anythink that invalved running, jumping, kneeling, or crowling. A year later I found out that my 4 to 6 had jumped to 12 or 14 and my weight had balooned to 165. I knew I had to do something. I started to use a personal trainer whwo told me about spark people. Now I am doing the P90X program. There are some excersizes I have to substitute or modify but I do them. I am in week three. Even if I am too busy for P90X I still try to get some excersize in. It is a start to me getting my body back.
