Learned something about myself

The more I act like this is a diet the more it feels like a diet, so I am going to stop acting like it is a diet and go back to making it my Way Of Eating. Eating LC was so easy until I stopped focusing on eating real food that was also low carb and started focusing on trying to get the exact combination that would make me lose weight. And so I am back to eating real food that happens to be low carb. It makes me feel healthier and not hungry and I hope that it will also make me thinner.
