My First Healthy Meal

So today I attempted my first "healthy" meal. I made lentils (I don't think I have ever made these beans), green beans with potatoes (or maybe I should say potatoes with green beans since I didn't have too many green beans), and brown rice. When it comes to food, my husband enjoys good cooking and eats just about anything...except healthy. I pray that I can make things taste good and stick with my plan.
