July I started out strong I was tracking my food and exercising every day for at least ten minutes and doing 30 minutes 4-5 days a week. Then as always life gets busy and I slack off I have still been eating pretty healthy but I have totally slacked off on my exercise.
My goals for this month are:
1. 10 minutes of exercise of daily
2, 3 days a week of strength
3. Track food everyday
4. go out for a walk at least once a week
5. loose 4 pounds this month
I know I can stick to this I just need to take the time for myself and as a reward I will treat my self to a manicure and or pedicure.
