For some reason when I have written down my goals in the past, it has been harder to commit to them. This time I am going to take the advice of an article I read today on Sparkpeople and write them down in a positive manner. Not a negative word in them. Well here they are.
August Goals For Michele6441
1. Drink a lot of water every day
2. Weigh 190 pounds or less at the end of the month. Preferably 185, but I will take 190 or less.
3. Focus on my research paper for at least an hour each day until it is finished!
4. Create some new writing lesson plans for English classes.
