Goals for August

Monday, August 01, 2011

I figured that I would hold myself accountable and put my goals out there for everyone to see. Here the things I hope to achieve in August:
- Complete at least 60 mins of cardio 6 days per week.
- Complete Strength Training at least 5 days per week.
- Get outdoors to exercise at least 1 day per week.
- Get in 10,000 steps everyday.
- Get in 8 glasses of water everyday.
- No eating after 9pm.
- Lose 5 lbs or 5 inches (since I'll be focusing more on my strength training and I know that muscle weighs more than fat).

Starting Measurements:
Weight – 148.6 lbs
Upper arm – 10”
Chest – 36”
Waist – 31.5”
Hips – 42”
Thigh – 25”
Calf – 14”

Hello, August - LET'S DO THIS!!!!

Thanks, Mary! I don't have any kettlebells, though I do hope to invest in a couple in different weights within the next couple of months.

I think they are obtainable. You always encourage me to think about what I would like to do each month. Go GIRL! I am not sure what is realistic for me with this knee still healing, but I am itching to give it a whirl...within reason of course.
