Feeling better today. Just doing alot of thinking and soul searching. When I look back at all my info on here from when I originally started on here its amazing. I mean I have lost about 40 lbs. I know its over a span of years, but that is good. The thing that amazes me the most is that the majority of the weight I lost I did it this year. Motivation is in my vocabulary. Incredible. For this week I am planning on kicking up my water intake. I think that is the key. Keep hydrated. Times are a little tough financially right now so I have to cut back on my zumba classes, but I have decided to at least do my crunches daily. I am noticing that my belly is really my main area of concern. LOL..... I believe that is every womans worst area who is struggling with their image in the mirror. I want to push myself to do at least 3 songs of crunches. we do that in class so I know I can do it. Hopefully next week I will be back to my regular zumba classes--- twice a week. I plan on trying to find sum zumba dvds and do those on the weekends. I found a bootcamp challenge on here that lasts for 28 days. I am thinking of joining that as well. if the weight doesnt at least go down a little bit then there is a problem houston. lol.... feels good to be positive. I want to motivate someone.
