August Goals

1. Lose at least 8 pounds this month
2. Aim for at least 5-7 servings of Freggies daily
3. 8 cups of water each day
4. Limit "junk" foods to 5 servings a week. Definition of junk food: anything overly processed such as ice cream, chocolates, chips, cookies, etc
5. Staying within my calorie range 5-7 days a week.
