Blah -- Time for commitment

I need to get off the rollercoaster. I am good for a couple weeks, then we get lazy and lunches don't get made and I'm buying lunch at work. I am usually pretty good about a healthy breakfast. I also need to lay off the free Rice Krispie treats at work on Tuesday and Thursdays.

Apple season has started and we pick-up the first variety in at the orchard. I have 14 weeks go get ready for my half-marathon. Nike+ has a program I can follow,, so I should be able to get it

I will get in the habit of planning the weekly meals. I have purchased the meat so now I have an idea of what we can make.

Yay for back on the wagon!

    Yay! I hope you have a great week! My half is in 11 weeks...I love having a plan, too...it makes it so much easier to have that roadmap to go by!
