I did 1hr of cardio today , OMG!

I am truly proud of myself, I read somewhere yesterday that you don't start burning fat until your 30 mins into your cardio, so I decided I would try 45 mins on the elliptical, but 45 turned into a 1hr and 2 mins and I cant believe it but according to the machine I burned 670 calories but I'm pretty sure I burned more because I didn't use the rails I just kept pumping my arms. I'm so happy I did such a great cardio session, I plan on doing between 45 mins to 1hr a day instead of my usually 30 , and I hope to see even better results by this simple change.
