August- first week plan

So August is on its way. July was kind of a wash for me. I shrank some in size but grew some in weight.

So for August I need to actually do a bit better in my tracking and being active. So I will have weekly goals. You might have read these else were as I post other places for my accountability. lost that in water weight,

I am working for:
Go from 210 pound to 208. yeah I know that isn't much being that last week I was 207. So I should be able to lose that as water weight for the most part.

This first week they are:
My plan for the week: Sorry Kinda long!
Monday:
Eat To Live, preplanned
Do my Push-Pull Workout 30 mins
Ride Bike 30 mins minimum.

Tuesday:
Eat To Live, preplanned
Do my Leg and core Workout 30 mins
Ride Bike 30 mins minimum.

Wednesday:
ETL breakfast, lunch out with work group, light dinner.
Ride Bike 30 mins minimum.

Thursday:
ETL, preplanned
Push-pull workout 30 mins
Ride bike or elliptical

Friday:
Breakfast/Lunch ETL- dinner out
Plan a gym visit during the day

Saturday:
ELT Plan all meals (strange for me)
Bike ride 60 minutes.

Sunday:
Plan ETL meals, popcorn with DH.
Rest day

Other:
Three meals a day, making sure I am eating enough at each.
Track food and vitamins actually measure amounts on ounces/grams for accuracy.
Make my 15 bean veggie soup
Try a new recipe from the cookbook I am borrowing this weekend (international foods yum).
