I have had a busy week. My sister was here with her kids through Tuesday afternoon. So, we tried to spend as much time together as possible. I worked an extra shift at work. My hubby was on vacation so I did not need to pay for childcare. I had such a hard time falling asleep this week. So I have been extremely tired. I think that is why I had a weight gain this week. Did not exercise and I was not hungry most of the day (no food sounded good). When I was hungry, I did not make good choices.

Today, I feel focused and better rested after getting plenty of sleep. I will be able to make better choices and exercise. I do need to get some more fruits and veggies for the 5% challenge. GO CLOVERLEAFS!!!
