Well, it's been an unproductive little while, and I have decided that my big splash of getting into Spark has left me drowned for awhile. Too much too soon, instead of too little too late. So I pared down my teams (as much as I loved them) and started over again, since I'm reading the manual finally!

I've been like a kid in the candy store, and it's not healthy to eat everything all at once.

Anybody else been there, done that?

Positives so far: (I borrowed this from Carolyn)

1. great night sleep
2. got the roses watered and pruned before the steam of the day
3. wonderful news from my son last evening
4. bbq with friends tonight!

    One day at a time, slowly! When I first started SP a year ago, it took me a month-six weeks to get to know the site. Have tracked my food everyday, started walking just a little each day or at least 3-4 times a week. I didn't add my first friend untilthen, once I was sure it was what I wanted to do and I was ready. And I never looked back and have had the time of my life at this site. The more you read articles, motivating blogs and check in with friends the more motivated you will be-believe me. I may not be the biggest loser of weight on this site, but I have gained so much in my knowledge of health issues, exercise, how to eat right and I will never go back to what I was! Keep going!     great goal setting! yes too much too soon is sooo not a good thing. one foot in front of the other, one day at a time. it usually gets you where you want to be where ever you are going. you have such a great attitude i have no doubt that you will succeed at whatever it is you are seeking to accomplish! keep up the great work! emoticon emoticon
