I expend a lot fewer calories than most people. Maybe it's because I have MS and have grown used to not moving around much.
Following Dr. Weil's Anti-Inflammatory Diet makes me feel great.
I gain weight at 1000 cal but I lose at 640 cal.
I need to attend more to the vitamins.
I can have Grain or Legumes.
I need to fill up on all of the veg.
I need to get all of the water.
I feel like myself when I weigh less.
