So husband has got a second job for the time being while he's transitioning out of his current position. This means that he works some nights. Some very. late. nights. Last night was one of those. I didn't sleep well before he got home, and it took me forever to fall asleep after he got home. I only ended up with about 4 hours of sleep last night. I didn't go to spinning this morning for 2 reasons - 1. if I were to go I would have only gotten about 2 1/2 hours of sleep for the night. And 2. my bike shorts were in the washer.
Surprisingly, today didn't end up horribly with that. Usually when I'm tired I eat a lot, but luckily I've been busy with the game designing and Max. And that pesky grad work.
Breakfast was a bagel and cream cheese. 316 calories.
Lunch was Zemog's again! Fiesta 500 taco salad (only 3/4 of it) with a bit of ranch, and some chips and guac. 719 calories.
Luckily that filled me up so much so that I didn't need to snack today. I did have 1/2 of a mini Almond Joy because Max has decided that he likes them too, so I end up sharing. 48 calories.
For dinner we did brinner - breakfast for dinner. Vanilla Cinnamon pancakes! 254 calories.
Right now I'm sitting at 1337 calories for the day, but I'm under in carbs, protein and fiber. I am thinking of having a Life Cereal Banana walnut bar, that would at least bring my fiber up, but I'd still be under in carbs and protein. It would bring my calories up to 1487. We'll see I guess.
