Don't get discouraged. The scales or more like our bodies are funny that way. Two days from now you can be down three pounds. I don't use the scale anymore because I find the ups and downs for no reason too discouraging. Instead I watch the changes in my body and how my clothes fit. No more bad days because of the scale.
