Breakfast:

Oatmeal with Cool Whip ( friend just told me about this) taste good.
One slice of toast with peanut butter

Lunch:

gardenburger with one slice toast and slice tomatoes, hummus
watermelon and grapes

Dinner: Salmon, cauliflower, canned pumpkin with truvia and cool whip(my idea)

Snack: yogurt and 1 tablespoon cocoa ......yum
