Temptaions everywhere

Alright, here we go for my seventh day, of no junk food, i have fresh fruits and veggies stoked, but the kiddos have their junk food, feeling the cravings, hopefully i can get through the day, Love sugar, so i am curving my sugar cravings with sweet nectarines and watermelon, and the occasional sip of a coke zero, im hoping i can hang in there i need to beat these cravings..will they ever stop???

    I know what you mean! My cravings are for fries and chocolate! But I have found that posting each meal/snack helps a lot! It takes a little more time, but I have felt so much more accountable and aware of what I am eating, instead of mindlessly grabbing for the next mouthful. Today I didn't track everything as I ate, and I didn't do as well. Lesson learned! It is worth the extra time.

    Oh, and keeping fruits on hand is really smart for a sweet tooth! My favorites are watermelon and strawberries! emoticon
