Today was amazing! Not only did I get in my strength training and 35 minutes of cardio, but I also managed to clean a bit and whip up one of my favorite recipes in the entire world....

All of this delicious food (each bowl) for just 530 calories ;) Sooooo Goooood. Who needs high-fat, high-cal Chinese takeout? NOT ME!

he veggies I used included red onion, red cabbage, shredded carrot, red pepper, and green onion... but you can use whatever you enjoy the most.
