This morning I got up a little later than I had planned and decided I wouldn't exercise today. No big deal - I deserve a break, right? I've been working hard for the last couple weeks and my body felt particularly tired after a really hard workout yesterday.
But I couldn't shake that feeling of needing to do *something*. I kept thinking about how much momentum I've already built up these past two weeks. So I did 20 minutes of yoga to stretch out my sore muscles and wake up. AWESOME!
